Refund policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Telcopolis's eras are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which makes the refunds. This policy applies to every purchase, with the terms of purchase.
Before you play it: a full refund within 14 days
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying an era, as long as you haven't played it yet: none of your games has gone past the era's first day (1 January 2002 for the 3G era, 2011 for the 4G era, 2020 for the 5G era). For the three eras bought together, none of your games has gone past 1 January 2002.
Once you've played it
Once one of your games has gone past the era's first day, the era has been used and isn't refunded, unless it doesn't work for you because of a fault we can't fix: then you're refunded in full.
Your right of withdrawal
Where the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content (in the European Union and the United Kingdom, for example), you ask, before paying, for the era to be unlocked at once, and acknowledge that you then lose that right. This policy refunds you all the same, as long as you haven't played the era.
After a refund
- The era locks again, as does one whose payment you dispute with your bank. Your games are kept, and go on once you own the era again.
- The three eras bought together are refunded whole or not at all.
How to ask
Write to contact@telcopolis.com from your account's email, or ask Paddle from your receipt. We answer within a few working days, and Paddle sends the money back to how you paid.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights the law of your country gives you.
